Role overview

Join our team as a UI/UX Designer and shape the future of healthcare experiences. We’re looking for a designer who is passionate about solving complex problems with intuitive, elegant solutions. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and healthcare experts to design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces that balance usability, compliance, and innovation.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
  • Strong skills in Figma (or similar tools) for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Ability to design for accessibility and compliance (HIPAA familiarity a plus)
  • Strong grasp of responsive design and design systems
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with developers and product managers
  • Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have:
  • Experience designing for complex workflows or enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare design patterns and regulations
  • Motion/interaction design skills for smoother digital experiences
  • Proactive problem-solving and systems thinking
Responsibilities
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and UI for new features and products
  • Conduct user research and usability tests to inform design decisions
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistency
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and compliance
  • Continuously refine and improve products based on feedback and data
